Our wild sea salt is 100% solar evaporated, a slow process that takes weeks to form mineral rich salt crystals that are hand harvested in small batches.

The high mineral content and crystal structure of our salt gives it a distinctive bold, bright and briny flavor and crunchy texture that lingers on the palate and enhances any dish. You can use this hand crushable salt for finishing, cooking, brining, curing, and everything between.  Free of any chemicals, dyes or anti-caking agents.
